We process steel with precision, speed, and pride, supplying customers across industries with the high-quality parts they need. We're looking for dependable, hard-working Production Workers to join our team and keep orders moving. What You'll Do As a Production Worker, you'll support the flow of steel through our facility—from raw sheets to finished parts. You'll work hands-on with machinery, prep materials, read job orders, and help ensure everything ships out right the first time. This role is active, fast-paced, and vital to keeping customers satisfied.

Your Day-to-Day Includes:

Clearing tables from laser machines using hammers or mallets Grinding edges and cleaning parts as needed Reading and following order details in English Verifying part quality and completing related paperwork Counting and organizing parts for packaging or shipping Preparing materials in advance to maintain steady workflow Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We Expect:

Ability to read work orders and instructions in English Clear verbal communication in English Follow safety rules and company policies Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
