In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their products promptly and in perfect condition. You'll utilize a variety of warehouse equipment and systems to streamline operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety standards. This position offers an engaging environment where your attention to detail and efficiency will directly contribute to our success. Duties Efficiently pick customer orders using RF scanners and barcode scanning technology, ensuring accuracy and completeness Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively Load and unload shipments with proper handling techniques to maintain safety and inventory integrity Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS), perform stock counts, and update records accurately Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments against documentation and preparing goods for dispatch Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning for logistics is a plus Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and repetitive motions safely Basic math skills for order accuracy and inventory management purposes Strong understanding of safety protocols, PPE use, and proper materials handling procedures Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control during order picking and packing processes Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and operate equipment throughout shifts Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
