In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately packing finished goods, maintaining quality control, and supporting the smooth operation of our packaging line. Carefully package finished products according to specified guidelines, ensuring accuracy and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Assist with inventory management by accurately labeling and documenting packaged items. Support the setup and breakdown of packaging stations, including handling materials and supplies. Follow all FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety protocols during packaging processes. Conduct routine inspections of packaged goods for defects or inconsistencies before shipment. Use warehouse experience and pallet jack skills when necessary to move materials or finished products within the facility. Maintain detailed records of packaging activities, including batch numbers and inspection results. Able to learn FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and quality assurance practices in a manufacturing environment. Experience in packaging, assembly, or warehouse operations enhances efficiency in this role. Ability to operate pallet jacks safely; warehouse experience is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy during packing and documentation processes. Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving materials throughout shifts.
