Ensure orders are picked and packed with precision and quality to maintain high customer satisfaction and reduce errors.

Learn and Perform Essential Tasks:

Master core warehouse duties across Direct to Consumer (DTC), Courier, Value-Added Services, and Fulfillment.

Efficient Order Processing:

Pack orders accurately and efficiently using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Secure Packing:

Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit while maintaining accuracy in labeling and content verification.

Customer-Specific Customization:

Perform accurate Value-Added Labeling and kitting according to customer-specific requirements.

Inventory and Quality Checks:

Inspect items for damage, defects, or discrepancies during picking and packing, reading product cases and labels to ensure accuracy and quality.

Additional Distribution Support:

Support other warehouse functions, such as receiving or inventory replenishment, as directed by management.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet performance goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
