We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Flat Washer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining pallets and flats to ensure they meet our hygiene and safety standards. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping a clean, organized work environment.How You'll Create Greater Impact:
In this role, you'll help deliver the highest quality product while upholding our unwavering commitment to animal welfare, food safety, and responsible farming. You'll act boldly, embrace continuous improvement, and partner with teammates and customers to deliver wins. Turn on and prepare wash tank at the start of shift Ensure proper tools and supplies are available for cleaning, scraping, and inspection of the pallets Inspect pallets as they exit machine for debris, stickers, glue, or any other quality concerns Stack cleaned pallets and label as required Wrap pallet stacks to prepare for shipments General housekeeping including cleaning eggs off the floor, organization of materials, emptying and cleaning of waste receptacles Comply with all food safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and process efficiency What You'll Bring to theFlock:
