Employment Type Full-Time | Direct Hire Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our client's dynamic distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack orders from inventory according to pick lists or scanning systems Verify order accuracy by checking item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions Prepare orders for shipment including labeling, boxing, and wrapping as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with warehouse standards Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory in designated locations Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory as needed Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and hand trucks (forklift a plus) Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets in a timely and efficient manner Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status or discrepancies Qualifications & Requirements Prior warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center experience preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy Comfortable working on your feet in a physical, fast-paced environment Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Basic math and reading skills; familiarity with RF scanning systems a plus Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic High school diploma or GED preferred Why Join This Team?
