What You'll Do As a 3rd Shift Fulfillment Operator , you'll play an important role in the final stages of our production process by ensuring every customer package is assembled accurately and meets our high-quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assemble credit card mailers according to production specifications Build packaging boxes and prepare materials for production Insert cards and required materials into mailers Print and apply shipping and product labels Perform quality inspections to verify accuracy and completeness Identify and report any printing or packaging discrepancies Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area Follow all company safety, security, and quality procedures Work with your team to meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional accuracy What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Basic computer skills are a plus, but not required No previous fulfillment or manufacturing experience is necessary. Experience in warehouse, production, assembly, packaging, mailing, or machine operation is helpful but not required-we provide the training you need to succeed.
