Action Group Staffing is seeking a reliable, motivated Line Packer for a full-time role with an established manufacturing company in the Franklin, NJ area. This position involves general packing and packaging duties in a production environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain manufacturing experience or build on previous warehouse or production experience. Responsibilities Pack and prepare products on a production line according to established instructions.

Perform general packaging and packing duties.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.

Work cooperatively with team members to support daily operations.

Assist with additional packaging tasks as assigned. QualificationsPrevious packing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

Comfortable working in a production setting.
