Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to support warehouse and fulfillment operations by accurately picking, inspecting, packing, and preparing clothing items for shipment. This role plays an important part in ensuring order accuracy, product quality, and timely deliveries in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently while meeting productivity goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Pick clothing items from inventory shelves using order slips or digital pick lists Inspect garments for quality, size, and accuracy before packing Pack items securely and neatly according to company packing guidelines Label packages accurately and prepare orders for shipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
Bilingual preferred - English AND Spanish Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items (up to 30 lbs) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Team player with good communication skills Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable with a strong work ethic Additional Details How To Identify Potential Job Scams
