In this vital role, you'll be responsible for preparing items for shipment, maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and supporting the overall efficiency of our production line. This position offers an engaging environment where your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills directly contribute to delivering excellence to our customers. Responsibilities Carefully inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and packaging standards in compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble, pack, and prepare items for shipment efficiently and accurately. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts safely to move materials within the facility. Follow detailed packaging procedures, including labeling, sealing, and documenting each package according to company protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to uphold safety standards and streamline workflow. Assist with inventory management by recording packaged items and updating warehouse logs regularly. Support manufacturing processes by collaborating with team members during assembly and packaging tasks to meet production goals. Experience Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred. Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools is highly desirable. Knowledge of packaging procedures, including working with FDA regulations and CGMP standards, is a plus. Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment is advantageous; certification is a bonus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow precise instructions are essential. Basic understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or automation systems can be beneficial but is not required.
