Why People Choose Flexcraft Set 2-3-2 schedule (know your days off ahead of time) Every other weekend off Work fewer days with 12-hour shifts $3/hour shift differential Overtime available (not required) Opportunity to grow into machine operator, quality, or lead roles What You ll Do Check parts coming off machines for defects Trim and clean up plastic parts as needed Put parts together if needed Pack finished products into boxes or totes Watch machines and report problems Track basic production and quality information Keep your work area clean and organized Follow work instructions and quality standards (ISO 9001) What We re Looking For 3+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or production work Good attention to detail Reliable and shows up ready to work Can follow instructions and work as part of a team Basic math and computer skills Able to stand for 12-hour shifts Able to lift 15-20 lbs Nice to have: Plastics or machine operator experience
