Pack Operator

We grow the world's BEST Strawberries & our Pack Operators are an major reason why! As part of our Production team, a Pack Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring that we deliver the highest possible quality product to our customers. Working in a state of the art packaging environment, a Pack Operator is responsible for executing tasks associated with quality assurance and product packing. What you'll be responsible for: Sort, clean, weigh, package and label the strawberries into the appropriate container. Inspect, and execute quality testing to ensure that each berry meets our rigid standards of quality and that each package shipped out will delight our customers. Conduct sanitation and hygiene management essential to keep the packaging operation to food safety standards. Engage in data entry to track the product in and out of inventory. Work as part of a team to ensure the product is shipped on time.
