RESPONSIBILITIES
Support production and packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Load bottles, containers, and packaging components onto production lines. Apply caps, labels, and other packaging materials to products according to specifications. Assemble finished products and prepare them for packaging. Pack products into cartons, cases, and shipping containers. Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with standards. Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues. Prepare finished goods for shipment and distribution. Follow established work instructions, procedures, and packaging guidelines. Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout all operations. Assist with multiple packaging and production functions as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Demonstrate flexibility to support changing production requirements and priorities. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Adhere to all company safety policies and manufacturing best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of Pick Packer experience
