Job Description Packaging Associate Responsibilities:

Assemble small components used in the packaging of cosmetic products. Follow established assembly procedures and production instructions. Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet established production and quality standards. Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies. Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Packaging Associate Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is helpful, but is not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. Ability to work independently and as part of a team including following basic verbal instructions throughout shift Dependable attendance and punctuality (work references checked). Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements with both hands/fingers. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and stay focused, on task, without work interruption throughout the course of shift Must be able to see clearly with or without corrective lens including the ability to distinguish varying colors to ensure product quality Must be available to work 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week (defined schedule) Place of Work On-site Requisition
