Responsibilities:

Access SecurePak is hiring Shipping Associates to support daily outbound warehouse operations. This role focuses on final order preparation and pallet building, including taping boxes, scanning cartons, stacking by facility, and safely wrapping and loading pallets for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, secure environment. Tape and seal completed boxes according to shipping standards Scan boxes to confirm order accuracy and shipment tracking Stack boxes by facility/location following required pallet patterns Build, wrap, and label pallets for outbound shipments Load pallets for shipping in designated staging areas Ensure pallets are stable, secure, and ready for transport Maintain a clean and organized shipping area Follow all Access SecurePak safety, security, and operational procedures Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned ...

PM Skills:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment. Ability to lift up to 40lbs. Familiarity with calculators, handheld scanners, Headsets for picking, and computers including Microsoft Office programs preferred.
