Job Description
Job SummaryEmploynet is seeking reliable and hardworking Picker/Packers to join the warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Job Duties Pick products accurately according to customer orders and pick tickets. Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment. Verify item numbers, quantities, and product information for accuracy. Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment as required. Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse. Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory activities. Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records. Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues to a supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Meet productivity and accuracy expectations. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Basic computer and RF scanner skills preferred. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
