We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Picker Packers to join our team at a premier toy manufacturing facility. salary:

$17 - $18 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pick toy products and components from warehouse shelves based on digital or printed order sheets.

Packaging:

Securely pack items into shipping containers, ensuring they are protected from damage and presentable for the customer.

Quality Control:

Inspect products for defects or missing parts before packing to maintain high brand standards.

Inventory Management:

Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and assist with restocking shelves as needed.

Safety & Organization:

Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all facility safety protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications Attention to

Detail:

Ability to distinguish between similar product codes and colors to ensure 100% order accuracy.

Physical Agility:

Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for the duration of a shift; ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs.

Reliability:

A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.

Communication:

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.

Preferred Experience:
