Months Major Responsibilities:

Pack product with a strong focus on quality Follow work instructions provided by supervisor and team leader Exemplify 5S organizational principles Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Experience/Qualifications:

Some experience in a warehouse environment preferred Ability to lift 40+ lbs Ability to stand for 8+ hours Strong interpersonal skills; capable of interacting effectively with all levels of the organization Basic math and computer skills Demonstrates personal drive and willingness to accept responsibility Ability to work independently Continuous improvement mindset Quick learner who can adjust to a rapidly changing environment Results and deadline oriented Respect for people and ability to work well in a team environment
