This position is responsible for packaging a variety of cannabis products while maintaining quality standards, accuracy, and compliance with state regulations. Responsibilities Package cannabis products including flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, edibles, vape cartridges, and infused products Weigh, count, and verify products before packaging Apply labels, compliance stickers, and batch information accurately Inspect products for quality and consistency Maintain accurate production and packaging records Follow company procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Report any quality concerns or discrepancies to management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, food production, or cannabis production is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment Must meet all state requirements for employment in the cannabis industry About Mount Olympus Manufacturing Mount Olympus Manufacturing is committed to producing high-quality cannabis products in a safe, compliant, and professional environment.
