Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Packers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing finished products, ensuring quality standards are met, and preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards Inspect items for defects, damages, or inconsistencies Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times Meet daily production and packaging targets Assist with loading/unloading and basic warehouse duties as needed Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Requirements Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus (not required)
