We are seeking a detail-oriented Picker to join our Picking & Shipping department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately filled by comparing items and quantities with documentation. You will package shipments appropriately, label them for final destinations, and maintain records of received goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Verifying that orders are accurately filled and complete by comparing items and quantities with properly completed documentation. Ensure shipments are properly packaged and identified with shipping information for final destination. Ensure goods are appropriately identified for routing to departments with the establishment; and preparing and keeping records of goods received. Report quality problems to applicable supervisor. Responsible to follow departmental procedures and work instructions as written and recommend improvements as necessary. Any other tasks/activity assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the Picking/Shipping department. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the Sealing Devices Quality System. What you'll need to succeed: High school diploma or equivalent required. 6 months of previous related work experience
