We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and value safety, quality, and teamwork. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for all positions. Training will be provided. Schedule Monday through Thursday 12:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m. Full-time, four-day workweek Overtime may be required based on production needs
Available Positions:
Machine Operators Set up, operate, monitor, and make basic adjustments to packaging equipment. Monitor multiple machines and respond promptly to equipment or product issues. Complete required quality checks and production documentation. Follow production schedules, operating procedures, and safety requirements. Communicate equipment concerns to supervisors and maintenance personnel. Previous experience operating computer-controlled production or packaging equipment is preferred. Machine Operator Apprentices Learn to set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment. Assist experienced operators with changeovers, adjustments, and quality checks. Develop the skills needed to independently operate packaging machinery. Follow instructions carefully and maintain accurate production records. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or machine-operating experience is preferred but not required. Packaging Production Associates Package, inspect, label, and prepare finished coffee products for shipment. Supply machines with packaging materials and remove completed products from the production line. Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area. Assist machine operators and other production team members as needed. No previous experience is required; training will be provided. Qualifications Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new tasks and perform different production assignments. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Availability to work overtime when needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Ability to regularly bend, reach, twist, push, pull, and climb stairs. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work around moving machinery and production equipment.
