Key Responsibilities:
Production Operations Operate equipment involved in the packaging of finished products according to established procedures. Obtain or assemble containers; clean, label, fill, seal, palletize, and stretch-wrap finished goods. Complete all required documentation and production records accurately. Assist with the startup and shutdown of production operations alongside Operators, Crew Leaders, Lead Operators, Contract Formulators, Site Support Services, and Material Handlers. Report operational issues, equipment concerns, and downtime to supervision in a timely manner. Maintain plant cleanliness by cleaning production areas as directed by supervision. Remove snow from building entrances, roofs, and areas around railroad switches and firehouses when required. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work may take place inside and outside plant Production, Stores, and Warehouse buildings. Duties may also occur at railcars, trailer trucks, and their respective loading and unloading stations. Role may require climbing ladders and stairs and working in elevated areas such as roofs or dust collectors. Work environments may include noise, varying temperatures, and inclement weather conditions. Position involves stooping, bending, and heavy lifting. Duties performed in operating areas may involve working with toxic and hazardous chemicals around moving machinery. Shifts Rotational shift schedule depending on production demand: 6:00 AM- 2:00 PM 2:00 PM
