Position:
Packaging TechnicianAbout the Role We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Technicians to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will help inspect, package, label, and prepare products for shipment while ensuring all quality and safety standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. No college degree is required. We provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities + Inspect products, packaging materials, and labels to ensure quality standards are met. + Package, label, and prepare finished pharmaceutical products for distribution. + Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. + Operate and monitor packaging equipment and report any issues to supervisors. + Complete production and quality documentation accurately. + Perform visual inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. + Follow all company policies, FDA regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and warehouse-related tasks as needed. + Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals. Required Qualifications + High school diploma or GED. + No college degree required. + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Comfortable working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment. + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required. + Reliable transportation and strong attendance record. + Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Preferred Qualifications + Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, assembly, or machine operation. + Experience working in a pharmaceutical, food, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environment. + Familiarity with quality inspections and production documentation. + Experience meeting production goals in a fast-paced environment. + Strong teamwork and communication skills. Work Environment This position is based in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and involves working in a clean, regulated production environment. Employees are expected to follow strict quality, safety, and cleanliness standards to ensure product integrity.Schedule:
Approximately 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities available based on business needs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
