Job Description

Do you enjoy organizing parts, preparing materials, and helping production start the next day ready to go? We are hiring a 2nd Shift Kitter / Production Prepper for an electronics manufacturing opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who likes inventory, picking parts, matching numbers, and setting up assembly teams for success.

In this role, you will pick, pull, count, label, and prepare parts, components, and materials for 1st shift assembly. You will review work orders and pick lists, match part numbers and quantities, organize kits by job or production priority, stage completed kits, replenish stock areas, and report any missing, damaged, incorrect, or low-stock materials.

Candidates should be comfortable handling small parts, electronic components, inventory, stockroom duties, material preparation, and basic computer or scanner use. Picking, kitting, inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or production prep experience is preferred.
