Job Description

Greentree Home Candle is seeking a full-time team member to join our growing company. We are looking for motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
We offer:
A supportive and positive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Performance and pay review after 6 months New team members begin in our Packing Department, where they learn the foundation of our candle production and fulfillment process. A two-week review period helps ensure the position is a great fit for both the employee and the team. Packing Department Responsibilities Wrap, box, and pack candles for shipment Label and stamp boxes Cut ribbon and candle wrapping materials Pull and organize customer orders Maintain quality control standards Stock and organize candle inventory Keep track of packing supplies and assist with supply orders Learn all candle styles, colors, packaging materials, ribbons, and box sizes Anticipate workflow needs and assist wherever needed Team members who master packing procedures and are interested in advancing may train to become a Production Assistant . Production Assistant Responsibilities Learn candle production processes and techniques Work with molds, dyes, and color formulas Weigh wax and understand temperature control Learn cure times for each candle style Assist with pouring, curing, pulling, and finishing candles Maintain production inventory and supplies Follow production schedules and workflow systems Ensure cleanliness and organization of work surfaces Perform quality control throughout production Anticipate production needs and next steps independently

Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
