Job Description

Company Overview Regency is a third-generation, family-owned office furniture manufacturer and distributor, celebrating 85 years in business. We design and distribute commercial-grade furniture nationwide and are expanding our online and channel sales strategy. We currently serve and are looking to expand in the commercial, education, and residential markets nationwide. Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while adhering to safety protocols. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment across our distribution network. Responsibilities Use barcode scanning technology and RF scanners to accurately pick items according to order specifications Operate various warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, tow motors, box cutters, RF Scanners Stock shelves and organize inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure proper storage and easy retrieval Pack orders with attention to quality control standards, ensuring items are protected during transit Load and unload shipments, verifying quantities against shipping documents and maintaining accurate inventory records Follow safety procedures consistently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and manual handling techniques Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including labeling, documentation, and inventory updates Clean your work space at the end of every shift. Requirements Experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in order picking, packing, and inventory management systems Ability to be on your feet for the majority of your shift Ability to work as a team when needed and be able to work by yourself to accomplish a task. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely on a regular basis Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Excellent attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy Commitment to safety protocol adherence and proper PPE use at all times Previous experience in warehouse or distribution roles is a plus but not required Join us in creating a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact! Pay:
From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
