Job Summary The Packer is responsible for inspecting and packaging sachets, bottles, tubes, and other products into various packaging configurations according to established work instructions, customer requirements, and company quality standards. This position performs visual inspections to identify defects in print, color, date codes, packaging integrity, and overall appearance while ensuring proper product counts and accurate production documentation. The Packer works collaboratively with other production team members to maintain an efficient workflow, meet production targets, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety requirements, quality standards, and housekeeping procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect and package sachets, bottles, tubes, and other products according to established work instructions and customer requirements. Inspect packaging components and finished goods for defects in print, color, date codes, packaging integrity, and overall appearance. Ensure proper product counts are maintained according to item and customer requirements. Set up the production line with required components and materials to support smooth and efficient operations. Perform assigned packaging activities effectively without compromising product quality. Interpret work instructions, production documents, and other required documentation in English. Accurately complete required production documentation in English. Identify product or packaging defects and promptly report concerns to the Line Lead or Production Supervisor. Work collaboratively with other employees on the production line to maintain workflow and minimize production stoppages. Ensure packaging integrity meets established quality requirements and training standards. Follow established production targets and support the achievement of daily production goals. Inspect packaging components and finished goods throughout the packaging process. Follow all company safety requirements and procedures. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including wearing gloves and other required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness within assigned production areas. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of production documentation. Assist with the training of new personnel as assigned. Handle sachets, bottles, tubes, corrugate, and other packaging components as required. Work any assigned shift and extended hours as business needs require. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions in English. Ability to accurately complete required production documentation in English. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product and packaging defects. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to use calculators, rulers, scales, measuring devices, and digital or spring torque meters as required. Effective time and task priority management skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a production team. Ability to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive packaging and inspection activities. Ability to follow production, quality, GMP, housekeeping, and safety procedures. Ability to communicate identified quality or production concerns to the appropriate Line Lead or Supervisor. Ability to work assigned shifts and extended hours based on business needs. III. Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions in English.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Previous production and inspection experience preferred.

Minimum of two years of production line lead and inspection experience preferred. IV. Physical Demands Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Ability to repeatedly handle sachets, bottles, tubes, corrugate, and other packaging components for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements associated with packaging and inspection activities. Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time. V. Working Conditions Work is primarily performed in a production and manufacturing environment. Position requires prolonged standing, walking, inspection, and repetitive packaging activities. Must comply with all applicable GMP, safety, quality, sanitation, and housekeeping requirements. Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as designated by company policy. Must be available to work assigned shifts and extended hours as business needs require. VI.
