Packaging Associate Location:
Bluffton, OH $15.00 per hour
Shift:
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Keep the Line Rolling and the Pay Coming. Join a food production team responsible for packaging quality products in a safe and sanitary environment. You'll help keep production running smoothly by following food safety standards, maintaining clean work areas, operating equipment safely, and working closely with teammates to meet daily production goals. Requirements Entry-level position Ability to work as part of a team Finger and manual dexterity required Ability to work quickly and accurately in a cool, damp environment Job Duties Package food products while maintaining quality standards Keep workstations clean and ensure products remain off the floor Rotate between work areas as directed Operate equipment safely and follow all safety procedures Wear required PPE at all times Follow sanitation, food safety, and quality guidelines Report safety, mechanical, or production line issues promptly Support continuous production and team goals Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Capabilities Lift 10-18 pounds regularly Twist, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments. What You Will Do As a Packaging Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The Packaging Associate plays an important role in manufacturing by supporting production processes that transform raw materials into finished products. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments. Successful Packaging Associate candidates understand manufacturing procedures, workplace safety, production quality, and teamwork while supporting efficient daily operations.
