Job Description
Company Overview Premier Home Pros is a growing organization dedicated to operational excellence, accuracy, and safety within our warehouse and distribution operations. Position Summary The Warehouse Picker / Package Handler is responsible for accurately selecting, handling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining Premier Home Pros quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Handle, sort, and package materials according to company and customer requirements.
- Verify SKU numbers, product descriptions, and quantities prior to packaging.
- Label, stage, and palletize shipments as required.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety procedures and proper material-handling techniques.
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality performance standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, picking, or package handling experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets, labels, and instructions.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability. Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
