Responsibilities Carefully locate and pick items from designated storage areas based on order specifications Use handheld scanners or other technology to verify product selections and update inventory records Ensure all picked products meet quality standards before packaging Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed Report any discrepancies or damaged goods promptly to supervisors Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment such as carts or pallet jacks (training provided) Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy Join us as a Picker and become an essential part of our supply chain!
