Job Title:
Package Labeler Job Description The Package Labeler accurately prepares, prints, and applies product labels using preselected templates and batch tickets in a production environment. This role focuses on precise data entry, consistent labeling quality, and efficient workflow while performing primarily seated work on a first-shift schedule. Responsibilities Review batch tickets and accurately enter all required information into preselected label templates. Print labels based on the entered data and verify that all information is correct and legible. Apply printed labels to bottles and other packaging materials in a consistent and accurate manner. Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily production and packaging targets. Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail to ensure labels match batch documentation. Follow written instructions in English and interpret labeling requirements correctly. Collaborate with team members to support smooth production and packaging operations. Adhere to all workplace safety, quality, and production procedures while performing labeling tasks. Keep the immediate work area organized and free of unnecessary clutter to support efficient labeling. Essential Skills Basic computer skills to navigate and use labeling templates and production systems. Experience using Microsoft Word to work with label templates and related documents. Experience using Microsoft Excel to view and update simple data related to labels or batches. Ability to read and interpret English instructions, batch tickets, and label information. Data entry skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous data entry experience in a production or office environment. Strong attention to detail when reviewing and entering information. Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively with others in a production setting. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role is based in Evendale, OH and follows a first-shift schedule, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The position is primarily a sit-down role within a production and packaging environment, using computers, label templates, and printing equipment to generate and apply labels. You work in a team-oriented setting focused on packaging, labeling, and data entry tasks, with standard weekday hours that support a predictable routine. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $16.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
