URGENT HIRING - START ASAP
Job Description This role involves safely loading and unloading bar mats and floor mats in a production environment while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area. You will perform physically active tasks throughout most of your shift and help ensure products are prepared, inspected, and packaged to quality standards. Responsibilities Load and unload bar mats and floor mats from designated areas, equipment, or vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. Perform general labor tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a tidy work area. Assist with production activities such as staging materials, preparing items for inspection, and supporting packaging processes. Inspect materials and products visually to identify obvious defects, damage, or contamination and report issues to the appropriate personnel. Follow established procedures for loading, unloading, and handling materials to maintain quality and safety standards. Stand for most of the shift while performing tasks that may require stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, and reaching. Work at a steady, efficient pace to meet daily productivity and quality expectations. Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to coordinate workflow and ensure tasks are completed on time. Essential Skills Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout most of the shift. Capability to stand for extended periods and perform continuous physical activity, including stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, and reaching. Experience performing general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, picking, and lifting in a production or warehouse environment. Basic understanding of production, inspection, and packaging processes. Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Attention to detail when handling and inspecting materials to maintain quality standards. Reliability and consistency in attendance and punctuality. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a clean production environment is beneficial. Experience in cleaning and maintaining work areas in a warehouse or production setting. Experience working with bar mats, floor mats, or similar materials is a plus. Comfort working in a role that requires repetitive motions and continuous physical activity. Why Work Here?
