In person Job Description We are hiring dependable Order Pickers/Packers to join our warehouse team. This position requires strong attendance, the ability to accurately read and count, and the ability to stay on your feet and perform physical work throughout an 8-hour shift. Accuracy and reliability are extremely important. You will be responsible for picking the correct products and quantities, packing orders properly, and helping keep the warehouse clean and organized. Responsibilities Read order sheets and pick lists accurately Locate and pick the correct products and quantities Count products accurately Pack orders securely and correctly Label and prepare packages for shipment Use warehouse carts, scanners, and pallet jacks as needed Bale cardboard and dispose of packaging materials Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with inventory and stocking when needed Follow instructions and warehouse procedures Requirements Must be able to read and understand order sheets and product information Must be able to count accurately Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to stand and walk for an entire 8-hour shift Must be able to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks Reliable attendance and punctuality are required Strong attention to detail Ability to work at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Warehouse, order picking, or packing experience is preferred but not required Pallet jack experience is a plus Forklift experience/certification is a plus We are looking for dependable employees who show up on time, work hard, and take pride in completing orders accurately.
