Full Job Description Job Summary:

Seasonal Associate represent being task oriented, successful, effective, efficient and, keeping attention to detail in mind when performing daily job duties. Seasonal Associate will be representing the company by : Working together as a team to fulfill all daily deliveries, installations, retrievals, and unloading process at the end of day Assist in different departments when necessary Meet all performance expectations Ensure compliance of AFE standards, procedures, and safety regulations Ensuring communication with clients Being receptive to feedback from chain of command Being consistent, reliable, and on time to work Staying on top of new training or procedures introduced by the company Interested in long term success, willing to learn and take on new challenges Eager to grow and move up within the company Maintains composure and respond appropriately in stressful situations Reports any misconduct that goes against AFE policies and procedures Following through with daily tasks and focusing on preparation for the following day Wearing uniform on scheduled shift

Requirements :

Driver License Reliable transportation Have strong organization skills Work under pressure in a fast paced environment Quick learner, multitasking, and being able to adapt to change Have a strong understanding when it comes to attention to detail Have strong communication skills Have critical thinking skills Work in all types of environments when necessary Frequently lift 50-75lbs Must be able to accommodate schedule for business needs Job type : Seasonal, full time position
