00 per hour | $100 referral bonus | Temp-to-hire Count the days. You work three days one week. You work four days the next. Then it starts over. You are off half the days in the year. Most jobs take five days a week and hand back two. This one flips it. Long shifts, then long stretches of your own life. Some people hate that trade. Some people build a whole life around it. The other half Four days off in a row is not a weekend. It is enough time to do something. Take the trip. Finish the certification. Work on the house. Be there for the people who need you on a Tuesday. You cannot do any of that with two days off and a commute. This is a tryout, and that is the point This is a temp-to-hire role. The customer can bring you on direct. Read that again. You are not applying for a permanent job and hoping they like your resume. You are showing up and proving it on the floor. Show up on time. Do the work right. That is the whole test. Attendance and performance decide it, not a panel interview. Some people want the safe posting with the long hiring process and the maybe at the end.
