Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pretzel Packer to join our team in the food processing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and in compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety practices and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy. Sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment. Fabricate packaging materials as needed for various products. Adhere to all FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines during the packaging process. Conduct basic quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet company standards. Utilize basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities as necessary. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency. Perform Cleaning and Closing duties Including dishwashing, mopping, and general cleaning. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or food processing is preferred. Familiarity with ODA regulations and CGMP practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Basic math skills for accurate measurement and calculations. Must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
