Job Description

Job Responsibilities Assists with production line operations, including packing, assembling, and material handling. Loads and unloads materials and products. Maintains cleanliness of the production area by sweeping, organizing tools, and disposing of waste. Follows all safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Inspects materials for defects and reports any issues to supervisors or quality assurance. Collaborates with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Performs other duties as assigned. Educational Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Experience Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing or similar environments preferred. Physical & Environmental Requirements Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs/11-27 kgs) material. Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours). Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours). May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
