• Packer Compensation:

• + Starting rate $15.00 an hour -paid weekly
• Packer
• available shifts: 8AM- 8PM rotating shifts 2-2-3
• As a Packer, you will:
• Packer provides support for the operation team by working safely, in a fast paced production warehouse environment, while inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration.

+ Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment + Check for quality issues to product and contact team lead with issues + Ensure you have enough supplies at your station (boxes, tape ect.) + Keep station clean at all times + Follow safety guidelines at all times

• Education and/or

Experience:

• + Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred + Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential. Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.

• Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Able to effectively communicate. Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical Demand/Effort:

• Manufacturing work environment.

Constant physical activities are required for this position.

Such activities could include:

ability to reach over head, squat, and bend at the waist; the ability to lift boxes from 0-50 lbs depending on the line assigned; ability to climb up and down stairs throughout a 12 hour shift; tolerance of standing posturecontinuously for 12 hours; intense walking is involved; able to tolerate working environment with inside excessive hot and cold temperatures. + Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing, when required, such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat/bump cap, hair/beard net and gloves + Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shift + Prolonged standing while performing the duties of the job + Job requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles
