Monday - Thursday 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM Overtime may be required up to 7 days per week based on peak-season business needs. Position Summary The Freezer Picker/Driver is responsible for accurately selecting, moving, and transporting products within a multi-temperature distribution center environment ranging from -10°F to 40°F . This position combines freezer picking responsibilities with safe forklift operation to ensure the efficient movement of products while maintaining compliance with safety and food quality standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts, including double reach trucks, and other lift equipment in cold-storage environments. Use RF scanners to accurately pick products, ensuring the correct SKUs and quantities. Palletize and stage products for outbound shipments using forklifts or hand-jacks as needed. Load and unload pallets from inbound and outbound trailers. Transfer, retrieve, put away, and deliver materials throughout the warehouse. Meet or exceed established department production and accuracy standards. Ensure compliance with all OSHA, safety, and SQF (Safe Quality Food) guidelines. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas. Demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 6 months of forklift experience required. Double reach forklift experience strongly preferred. Previous experience in a distribution center or cold-storage environment desirable. Previous experience using RF scanning equipment required. Requirements Ability to work in cold-storage environments ranging from -10°F to 40°F for the entire shift . Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to walk and stand for 8-12 hours . Ability to climb stairs as required. Comfortable working at heights when required. Must meet equipment safety requirements, including under 400 lbs. and under 6'4" . Must pass pre-employment screening and complete all required safety and forklift training.
