$17.50 per hour

Schedules:

1st Shift | 7:00 AM

  • 3:00 PM
    2nd Shift | 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM
    Monday

Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, packaging specifications, and safety procedures.

Basic math and counting skills preferred. Experience Requirements 1 to 2 years of packaging, production, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience.

Experience performing quality inspections and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive tasks.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and remain active throughout an entire shift of up to 8 hours.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks at a consistent pace.

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform continuous movement throughout the workday.

Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a production environment. Job Duties Package products according to customer specifications, production requirements, and quality standards.

Inspect products for defects, damage, and accuracy prior to packaging and shipment.

Verify product counts and ensure packaging meets company requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all safety policies, work instructions, and production guidelines.

Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards.

Support production operations and assist with additional duties as assigned.

Work effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and on-time completion of production goals. Work Environment Fast-paced production environment requiring continuous movement and attention to detail.

Steel-toed boots required.
