Production Packaging Associate

As a Production Packaging Associate you play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our products. You directly contribute to the smooth operation of our production line, helping us meet customer demand and maintain our high standards of quality. Your attention to detail and commitment to teamwork are essential to our success. This part-time position will be scheduled one weekend day and shift hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm. Packages finished products according to established guidelines and procedures. Provides support to the production team by preparing materials and equipment. Performs quality checks on packaged items to ensure they meet company standards. Manages inventory of packaging supplies and reports any shortages. Maintains a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborates with team members to achieve production goals. Adheres to all safety protocols and guidelines. Communicates effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding production status and any issues that arise.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Prior experience in a production or packaging environment is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates strong attention to detail. Exhibits excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Possesses good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing. Understands basic inventory management principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with quality control procedures. Familiarity with packaging equipment.

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions:

Requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Involves repetitive motions and manual dexterity. Works in a production environment with moderate noise levels.
