• Thursday Production Worker in Lima Ohio Spherion is actively hiring dependable Production Workers for 3rd shift opportunities with a premier, global manufacturer of sustainable packaging products.

In this role, you will work in a clean, modern, and climate-controlled facility, helping to produce and package high-quality tableware and food service items. This is an excellent foot-in-the-door opportunity with a stable company that loves to promote from within!

Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

Assist in monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth, continuous operation.

Quality Inspection:

Visually check finished products for defects to ensure they meet strict quality and safety standards.

Packaging & Stacking:

Count, stack, and pack finished goods into boxes, ensuring accurate labeling for shipment.

Material Handling:

Keep production lines fed with raw materials and ensure the workspace stays stocked.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
