Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing products according to quality standards and production schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good mechanical aptitude, and a focus on safety and accuracy. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment where teamwork and precision are key to success. Duties Pack finished products carefully using appropriate packaging equipment, ensuring items meet quality specifications. Operate packaging machinery and hand tools safely and effectively, troubleshooting minor mechanical issues as needed. Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain compliance. Handle materials and products safely, including heavy lifting and proper use of material handling equipment such as forklifts. Interpret production documents to verify correct quantities, labels, and packaging requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area, adhering to safety standards in production environments. Assist with warehouse operations by managing inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring accurate documentation. Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying product quantities. Mechanical knowledge or troubleshooting skills related to industrial equipment are a plus. Familiarity with packaging equipment, hand tools, and material handling equipment operation. Knowledge of
GMP, FDA
regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety standards in production environments. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently follow safety protocols during all tasks. Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret production documents accurately. Pay:
$12.00 - $15.75 per hour
