  • Job Description
  • The Clean Room Operator ensures that production processes remain free from contamination by consistently following strict clean room guidelines. This role focuses on maintaining a highly organized and sanitary work area, adhering to all clean room protocols, and supporting smooth operations in a very clean medical environment.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Follow all established clean room protocols and procedures to prevent contamination of production processes.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times within the clean room environment. + Perform cleaning tasks thoroughly and consistently according to task lists and assigned duties. + Handle warehouse inventory and related materials in a manner that supports clean room standards. + Use and maintain equipment properly to support safe and efficient operations. + Complete any assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner, following detailed instructions. + Monitor work area conditions and promptly report any issues that could affect cleanliness or product integrity. + Lift, move, and position materials up to 30 lbs while maintaining safe work practices. + Support production teams by ensuring materials and workspaces are ready and properly prepared for use.
  • Essential Skills
  • + Experience working in or around clean room or highly controlled environments.
+ Strong attention to detail when following protocols, task lists, and instructions. + Ability to follow task lists and complete any assigned duties accurately. + Capability to bend and lift up to 30 lbs safely and repeatedly. + Reliability in maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas. + Comfort working in a very clean medical environment.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • + Experience with cleaning procedures in industrial, medical, or production settings. + Experience in warehouse inventory handling or material management. + Ability to stay focused and organized during repetitive or routine tasks. + No certifications, specialized PPE, or medical monitoring required for this role.

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $22.94 - $22.94/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
