Our hand cut, specialty manufactured, energy efficient, customizable sunrooms offer our customers enjoyment year-round! These beautiful spaces are built to last. The Window Department hand cuts and manufactures picture, side sliding and trapezoid windows for the installation of our sunrooms. This position requires mental and physical stamina to move, inspect, package and scan each item prior to shipping.
Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to work Monday thru Thursday, 6:30am - 4:30pm, Able to work safely Able to operate and utilize various saws, punches, welding and cleaning machines as well as various hand tools Ability to operate a computer station with mouse, keyboard and scanning tools Demonstrate teamwork, cooperate with peers and supervisors Able to work with minimal supervision Excellent attendance Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 50-75 pounds consistently with/without assistance Able to be on your feet 8+ hours per day Able to perform necessary job functions in a non-climate-controlled environment Must possess strength and dexterity to manipulate, move, handle, and coordinate various sizes of completed units Must possess excellent workstation organizational skills Ability to keep accurate shipping documentation Able to read, write, and use measuring tools with attention to detail up to 1/32" Able to reach daily expectations indicated with regards to the trucking schedule and customer demand Must be able to track quality issues and communicate such issues with team leads, team members and management
