Farm Harvesters & Packagers Wanted! Are you ready to bea part of a fast-growing indoor farm revolution? We're hiring motivated individuals to help harvest and package fresh, locally grown vegetables and lettuces!

What You'll Do:

Harvest produce using proper techniques and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Package fresh veggies with precision•correct weight, clean labels, and top-notch quality Keep your workspace clean and organized Meet daily production goals with pride Pitch in with transplanting, system cleaning, and equipment maintenance Take on other farm-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous farm or packaging experience is a plus•but not required! Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and ready to work

What It Takes:

Ability to stay on your feet for long periods Comfortable bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working with cleaning supplies
