Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately packaging products in accordance with manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that finished goods are prepared efficiently for shipment while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and the ability to operate packaging and material handling equipment effectively. Duties Pack or package by hand a wide variety of products and materials. Assist with performing recycling activities Performing Caulk out activities Assist with recycling materials: paper, cardboard and bags Follows all company safety protocols Adheres to attendance policy Excellent attention to detail Must interpret and respond to questions regarding SOP's and GMP's. Position can be both standing and sitting. Great manual dexterity.
MUST HAVE
Should have 1+ year of experience in manually Packing boxes/ goods Should have minimum High School Diploma or GED Should be comfortable with Recycling and Caulk out activities by removing excess caulk from machinery, packaging lines, or containers Assist with recycling materials: paper, cardboard and bags Should be comfortable in wearing proper PPE at work whenever required Should be able to lift heavy weights objects of up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis during a shift

Pay:
$18.00
  • $19.
00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have recent professional experience of manual packing boxes/ goods? Do you have a High School Diploma or GED? Are you comfortable performing recycling and caulk out activities, which involves manually removing excess caulk from machinery and containers? Are you physically able to frequently lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds during a shift?
