Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met. Pack finished products securely for shipment, following company guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus. Basic understanding of laser operations is advantageous but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
