Ensures product entering regrind system is free of contamination. Operates and sets up resin equipment such as blenders, vacuum pumps, and resin lines ensuring that all equipment is running as intended.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Audit resin lines to ensure the resin hose configuration board is accurate Completes Metal Separator Audit and required documentation Access and utilize reports to identify available scrap in the warehouse

Accurately:

Changes blending percentages on blenders and labels materials once ground Processes materials according to labels Consumes product tickets and correctly completes daily paperwork Identifies and separates scrap as needed Load and dump grindable materials Able to identify and print labels in system Cleans systems as needed, to include de-dust system, grinder, etc Clears plugged resin lines and contains materials in correct locations Drains ground materials into Gaylords Safely and efficiently operates an electric pallet jack Abides by all Amcor Safety and Quality policies and procedures and assures inventory reporting compliance for audit requirements. Maintains a clean work area and performs general housekeeping duties. Follows all established safety rules and guidelines as outlined in the Amcor "No Injuries Safety Contract" and as trained. Understands and communicates all hazards and safety issues to co-workers, Supervisors and Management. Properly uses all required personal protective equipment.'
